Agreement
By purchasing from 7rak Digital Agency business customers acknowledge and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy, including that subscription services are non-refundable, and that returns or exchanges of physical products are subject to approval.
Applicability
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all products and services purchased by business customers (B2B) through 7rak Digital Agency.
Returns
As 7rak Digital Agency primarily provides services and subscription-based products, returns are not applicable. For physical products (if any), returns must be approved in advance by 7rak Digital Agency.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only considered if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must notify 7rak Digital Agency within 7 days of receiving the product or discovering the issue. Upon approval, 7rak Digital Agency will provide instructions for returning the product and issuing an exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
Physical products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as delivered. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Proof of Purchase
Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt) to qualify for any return or exchange.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable and are not affected by this Return & Exchange policy. For approved returns of physical products, refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees for returns are not refundable, except where the return is due to an error or defect by 7rak.com.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect by 7rak Digital Agency. Customers are encouraged to use tracked shipping to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Process for Reporting Issues
To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide your order details, reason for return/exchange, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged product).
Follow instructions provided by our team for returning the product.
Limitation of Liability
7rak Digital Agency is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from returns or exchanges. Liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
Late Payment (UK – B2B)
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory late payment compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, being £40 for invoices up to £999.99, £70 for invoices between £1,000 and £9,999.99, and £100 for invoices of £10,000 or more, per overdue invoice. Where the reasonable costs of debt recovery exceed the fixed compensation amount, we reserve the right to recover such additional costs. We may suspend or terminate services if payment remains outstanding, and the client shall remain fully liable for all fees due under the agreement. Unpaid balances may be referred to a third-party debt collection agency for recovery.
